Post Run -Green Smoothie

 

The weather is absolutely stunning in Kelowna today! After a run in the sunny weather, I experimented a little with my blender in order to try to make a tasty, hydrating and nutritious green smoothie. I think the smoothie turned out pretty well, so I wanted to share it with you:

Ingredients:

1/2 Mango

2 handfuls of organic greens (spinach and arugula)

1/2 orange

2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1/4 cucumber

1/2 avocado

coconut water
